Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Monolith Interior Design & Construction Mr. Fam is responsible for the overall operational performance of the business, improving performance and facilitating growth. Mr. Fam has an extensive overseas experience and has been actively involved in overseeing many projects in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United States of America. With more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Fam has managed and participated in a large number of projects. One of his professional skills are creating building designs and highly detailed drawings by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications, liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects and
working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.

Peter Sami
General Manager
With over 12 years of experience, Mr. Sami has an extensive experience in the management and development of various companies and projects. Managing and art directing the overall creative look and consistency for all projects, strategic planning, evaluating and optimizing design processes, resulting in 100% on-time delivery of projects and meeting customer needs and supervising and mentored a design are all part of Mr. Sami’s management approach.

Khalf Al Muhairi

Mr. Al Muhairi believes that working together in partnership is the best way to make a positive difference.
